Our “Craft black tea” is grown in abundant nature and is manufactured and commercialized consistently from the cultivation in tea plantation. By reducing pesticides, cultivating with low fertilizers, and manufacturing through energy-saving process, we aim to make tea with earth friendly way and putting less strain on tea plants. We manufacture 3 kinds of tea; Sencha (Green tea), Tencha (Ingredient of Matcha), Black tea, and the black tea are carried by Tea salons in Kyoto as an original product. Our tea play the role as “the best supporting player”, the concept is to set off the dishes, desserts and sweets.
*Ujicha is Japanese teas that are manufactured in Uji region, Kyoto. Ujicha is widely recognized as one of the leading brands of green tea in Japan.
自然が多い中で育ち、茶畑から一貫した栽培から製造・商品化を行っている「クラフト紅茶」です。減農薬・低肥料栽培・省エネルギー製造で環境や茶樹に負担の少ないお茶作りを目指しています。煎茶、碾茶（抹茶の原料）、紅茶の３種類を作り、紅茶はオリジナル商品として、京都のティーハウスでメニューとして取り扱って頂いています。当社のお茶の位置は「最高の脇役」として、料理やスイーツの引き立て役としてのコンセプトです。また、手作業で炒る感覚で仕上げた味わいあるほうじ茶「はんなりほうじ茶」も試飲して頂きます。

Mioku
みおく
Sweet scent and a mild aftertaste. Made with green tea variety and first and second flush are blended.
甘い香りとライトな後口。緑茶品種でファースト・セカンドをブレンド。
Miki
みき
Clean scent and a sharp finish. Made with one line of the native varieties that is the right type of plant for black tea. Strong tea results a smooth milk tea.
すっきりとした香りとキレのある後口在来種の1系統で紅茶に適した種類濃い目でまろやかミルクティーが出来ます。
Hikari-raiza
光らいざ
Made from Gyokuro* of Kyoto. It is enjoyable as a straight tea.
*Gyokuro is a type of shaded green tea. It is grown under the shade rather than the full sun.
京都玉露品種を使用。ストレートティーがお勧めです。
Fukimi
ふきみ
Maturing Assam-related scent with sharp and hard taste. Made from the variety of Benifuki.
熟成されたアッサム系の香りとキレのある渋みがあります。品種はべにふうきです。
Mare
まれ
Well fermented, slightly red color with rich scent. Its rare taste owes the name “Mare.” – which means rare.)
水色赤くワンポイントの香りが有りコクがあります。発酵性が良好で「まれ」にみる紅茶センス有りの系統。
Sofu
そうふう
Its scent evokes grass-green scenery with a sweet aftertaste of first flush. Made from Assam-related variety with distinctive savor.
若草のような香りか有り春摘み特有の甘さが残ります。印雑種で独特の味わいがあります。
